Management Systems

This is a data-based productivity program which quantifies each activity that a sales person is involved in, i.e. on-site selling… prospecting… buyer follow-up… outside solicitation and marketing, then places a point value for each one of their activities and produces a daily report on each one.

The Productivity Management System allows the sales manager or builder to monitor each sales person’s productivity on a daily basis as opposed to just reviewing a weekly traffic report which does not tell you what you really need to know.
